First of, this belongs in "Strategy", not "General Discussion".

Second of, you have way too low BP for your power, so any team you make is going to feel bad/weak as they cannot reach their full potential, no matter how good they are. So you should try to focus on increasing BP instead.

Lastly, ninjas you "think" is good might not actually be good, while ninjas you don't think is good, might actually be a hidden gem. So post pictures of every ninjas you own just in case. Then people can properly help you.
