1＃ Go ToI believe I have 14 rares in five kage treasure (there is a small chance I have 13). Is it worth spending my scrolls to finish the treasure or should I go for my second gnw super?

Well what team do you have? What was your 1st super rare from GNW?
Madara from Gnw treasure is always worth going for. But it can take up to 3k total pulls to get your 2nd super rare. If your 2nd super rare is naruto then its not worth in my opinion. And i dont see much of point going for Kage treasure.
There is always an option to save your seal scrolls. At some point new treasure will come out,

I have KCM Naruto. I'm running the classic Roshi Bee team. I would like to get some use out of my edo Tobirama though.

Consider saving your seals for edo yagura treasure when it comes out again. 4* edo yagura together with 4* habanero kushina will make hell of a team after their respective skill trials come out. As for super rares- ay is too expensive for 99.9% of players to use him effectively because he needs 4* and skillbooks. Susanoo Sasuke needs 4* and skill trial to be usable because without Y mystery he doesnt do anything- he will get bond mystery in the future tho. So if you want to get 1st SR in kage, you can but you most likely will never use those ninjas.
Kurama even with bond mystery is outclassed by sosp. Madara just recently got skillbooks and bond mystery in cn, so nobody really knows if he makes a real comeback or not. From those 4 super rares, as a ba
se ninja without books/bond madara is the most commonly used, although there are better teams that sadly ba se on only event ninjas. But you can never go wrong with gnw/edo treasures, since you get hashi frags and in the long run hashi >> ss itachi. -
