Those rewards don't come in mail. You get them automatically once Matsuri is finished. That is probably what the strange stones mail just below is trying to tell you. Some of your winnings have been converted.

They're automatically added to your subtotal amount.
If you've reached your cap for the week, it'll come as Strange Stones in your mail.
