When the game is already dis-balanced with some over powered ninjas who can win the game for you on his own even at same bp, then one more similar ninja won't do much to the game. It will only counter those other crazy ninjas teams.

Putting a ninja with this much in kit is too much, you'll just have ppl putting both broken ninjas together
You design something that can counter it hard but isnt too op on its own
This design is way too much especially on standard and her reviving from slugs while she already heals so much, stacks, and is immune
