I think that essentially nothing will change, Naruto 6p will still be super strong, it will be very difficult to collect Kakuzu 4 stars for f2p. Naruto Ronin does not have immunity, does not have super armor, does not have the ability to dodge. So most likely it will be 80% in control from naruto.
