as new events came around today, I have seen that Lucky stars wheel is offering 80 frags of Edo Minato, and I was just wondering is he worth it going for. I have saved up 10k of coupons... and I'm always waiting for Oasis to pun 4th Hokage Minato,(idk how to get him tbh) up for grabs, but it never happened. Can you tell me is Edo Minato good or not?
