If the server where you are playing was recently got 2nd Merging then that is part of the Second Merger Compensation Rewards ..

my server recently got a 2nd merger and the 2000 coupons wasnt givin
out

If i remembering it correctly, Server Merger Compensation Reward or the Coupons from that Rewards are based on your Server Number .. Older Server Numbers gets lowest coupons, starting at 200cps and the Youngest Server Number gets the higher coupons as much as 2000 ..

Just a quick question, does the compensation reward come with the server merge or do you only get it if you don't claim any of the server merge rewards?

Hmmm .. After the Second Merging Process completes and your server comes back live .. You will see new icon together with the other icons on your screen .. This is what it looks like ..

You have to click that and redeem the rewards to get the coupons and other stuffs in it ..

After claiming the rewards, the Icon of "Merged Server Bonus" will disappear as it is only a one time claim thingy ..
