They didn't implemented multiple features back when 3.0 came, as well as 4.0 and 5.0, there were things left out and only done in later update or 2 updates later...

Keep in mind, they snuck in the ultimate training update for 5.0 (it took a while for our server to get it....) so there might be something released outside from what they are saying. Also, make aware of any updates released accidentally early since they have done so in the past.

well didnt they say there werent going to annouce everything at once? and only mention a few? or was they just saying that to keep players in the game...

I believe they don't make a difference between UTC and UK time... cause the maintenance start at 7 UK time (a.k.a at 6 UTC) :D
