As previous people have posted, it is a waste of time to compare ninjas to each other... My humble opinion is the only meta in this game is BP and higher initiative...once you have that you can beat mostly every one... each strong ninja has a kit that for the 1st time it looks like it is unbeatable but you will think again when you got beaten with certain team you meet randomly in any event...

how many times you meet an edo hiruzen team and he couldnt get much of you because of your staked shields?

how many times you meet AGK teams and you rekt them by control ninjas with your higher initiative?

how many times you stayed head to head with naruto 6p when you are having full staked kushina 1st position?

All metas have counters but initiative and BP don't have counter at all.
