Hello is there a way on how to increase this negative percentage on my element resistance?

Hey! You know those tools you get from TI? You can reforge them. There you can pick what to replace with what. Most players put all elemental resist there.

there used to be resist +4 back in 2.0 I think. Now it's only +2 resistances everywhere. Yes it's a blue stat, also will give you less power than a +injury or attack or anything like that.

Five Chakra Interface also gives Elemental Resistance/Attack as far as i know, not sure tho but i think it is .. But Ninja Tools is the one you can do without spending .. +2 is the maximum Elemental Resist that you can get now from the tools ..
