It will come out 8am EST time. You live in Australia, if I'm correct, your country has 3 time zones, it really depends where do you live. It will be somewhere 21:00 and 23:00

Choose the server where you can attend the most events. There will be 2 servers, S1 Naruto EST time and S2 Sasuke PST time. You can find the the time, and the type of events HERE. You live in Bulgaria, which is UTC+3. So there is 8h difference on S1 (If it's 12:00 on the server, it is 20:00 at you), and 12h difference on S2 (If it's 12:00 on the server it's 24:00 at you)
