Hi! The treasures have not changed. There has always been an estimated amount of pulls based on player data, however, there is always a chance for players to obtain Super Rare earlier or later than the estimated amount of pulls.

As you know, each pull has a small change of obtaining the Super Rare, so it is highly possible for players to obtain the Super Rare earlier than expected, just rare.

Super Rare pull on a random pull outside of the player's expected norm c*so happens in other treasures besides GNW Treasure. Again, it is very rare that this will happen, but it can. A good example is Summon Treasure where there is a very small chance for players to pull Kirin or King of Hell before the expected player data threshold.

Note: Keep in mind that the player data threshold although helpful, is an estimation. Players can definitely receive Super Rares either before or after the expected threshold.
