Well, not quite true. With 3.0 announcement they DID POST a roadmap and when to expect the update and implementation of features throughout.....but then they pulled it sometime after they failed to meet the first deadline. :/
do you compare oasis from 3.0 to oasis now lol, remember when we had like more decent events, or when we had more infos on events (remember when great plates had 30 frags of certain ninjas and it was easy to get not .001% )

I need remind you all that we still in a 4.0 / 5.0 incompleted ? The Tsunade NPC for book still missing or better say, they don't wanna place because will gonna lose money, same as tactics %. So is just pointless joy and hype for something that will be castrated and incompleted. Oh, just a friendly reminder, in china there are event that can bring you ingot, that will be substituted with a dango or placed with a percentage of 0.0% for baiting , enjoy your waiting for nothing.
