As long as you have no sudden need for the ninja, yes. You would be wasting 60 fragments when you pull him. That said, it could be a *very* long time before you pull Ay unless you are spending seal rebates towards the treasure.


Additionally, if you feel you are very far away from the pull, consider that he will eventually be apart of the skill trial system. (No fragment grinding will be necessary.)

Because the breakthrough already requires it, I would assume so.


"Naruto Online EN" has proven they are raising the requirements for breakthrough/skill trial from other versions of the game since people like to spend lots of money.
