I've been freezing my Ay frags at 79 from weekly events until I can get the Kage Seals ultra rare drop for his full 80 frags...

I recently got the Ay Fourth Raikage Breakthrough Pack good for another 100 of his frags...

Am I doing this right in waiting for the draw or does it not matter?
