Outside of Arena maybe, but initiative doesn't do anything for Arena? As far as I know only star upgrades affect Arena but I guess I could be wrong.

  • From my experience the only ninja attribute that carries over to arena is initative(you can check on the arena interface it even says that after 1st attack,all attribute bonuses won`t be effective). You can track each of ur ninja initiative for arena by the hotkeys (i.e if ur arena ninja hot key is W, then he`ll have the same amount of initiative your W ninja outside the arena have). well it wasnt just the first attack earths mystery always beat mine also my refinements on main char are exactly the same as his but his battle armor is higher could that be it?

Yeah I don't get it, I thought Arena was the one non pay to win place you could battle people.
