From my experience the only ninja attribute that carries over to arena is initative(you can check on the arena interface it even says that after 1st attack,all attribute bonuses won`t be effective). You can track each of ur ninja initiative for arena by the hotkeys (i.e if ur arena ninja hot key is W, then he`ll have the same amount of initiative your W ninja outside the arena have).
