sed in level too, I see many people who come up, and have a lot of difficulty in matsuri, and even can not complete... I always complete, fast and sometimes without even losing. Freezing level is more of refine, freezing level is maximize the systems, maximize power in X level, freezing level is to make a good up for your account with only things that are really worth it.
It's very easy to talk that it's not worth it, but I wonder why, bring me answers to what you say, motives, not simply fallacies... if freezing level was not good, I ask you why a huge amount of players do it? I say and I repeat, naruto online is not a game to get XP!!!
With training grounds, and rogue ninja being added, getting max sun coins each week is easy. I skip most Mats (I usually do 1 a week and stop at three wins) and all nine tails and still get too 5k no probs. The only reason to level freeze is adv refines, it's still a good reason to do it though if you use it to get top three consistently in SWB.
