if u plan on waiting for an event b4 using runes anyway then just save up until a rune or cloth/thread event and decide then if u want to spend for them.

personaly i would go med refine runes over cloth since SA gives all cloth and common thread, if you dont need common thread anymore and see an event for med thread i would consider that over runes since nothing gives med thread other than shop atm.

also never buy seal scrolls on there own, wait for limited packs or just ignore ninjas for more power
