She is not really the best ninja to be considered as position one, but here are few ideas :

Itachi is there to trigger another sleep, since it'll be easier then to use Fuu's Aoe mystery. Additionally, fire main with the illusion passive works as well. Gakido can be changed with any other supporting ninja as well, such as Sai suit, any other healer or reflecting ninja, etc. The good thing with this team is, that once you put them all under sleep, you will most likely be able to trigger the Aoe of Fuu at some point. Try the different combinations out and see which combination is most fun for you.

Sure, here are some more ideas:

You c*so use here fire main position one with dragon flame as well if you want and put fu as position 3, basically to sleep opponents till you fire more mysteries.



Water main position one shark bomb team, you can just change the backline with any other supporters. I'd prefer Sai to stay though, he's making the females more tanky and some additional clones are really useful.



A wind main team with main as position one again, you can again use Fu as position one if you want as well, it works. Can change Sai with other supporting ninjas, but if you got wind main position 3 there, you should run clones to tank some attacks.
