Most akatsuki ninjas are ninjutsu heavy, so replacing the attack stat for ninjutsu would make more sense to me. 300 initiative for all your team for a single clothing is nonsensical.

+300 ninjutsu +150 initiative seems fair to me.

The price i would keep it like that since i would be lying if i said it isn't a really requested outfit in the game.

You sure can expect anything from oasis at this point, although if im honest they probably won't implement it, they usually do modifications to the features and elements of the game to make it fitting its region/player base/ own interests, but they never add anything of their own.
