This days, Shisui is not viable as pos1 ninja, most of the time you will see him being used as pos2 or pos3 ninja for barrier only .. Now for the options you've given, i will pick Minato Jonin than the other one .. Im using him now and i have no problem on facing any teams around me unless power gap applies ..
Another thing, Ashura and Naruto is different person .. Calling Naruto [Sage of Six Path's] as Ashura is .......

My intend was to firstly use shisui as pos1, and then use it as support with any of these ninjas. How is it in decisive, GNW situations, when not in 1v1? Also you can get his bond only after merge, right? Since there is no other way to get kakashi. Is it still reliable without bond as pos1, comparing to sosp, sarutobi?
Hmm .. For 1v1 battles, Jminato will be better than Naruto6p or EdoHiruzen since he himself alone can deliver good amount of damage and with the likes of this matches, most likely the battles will take many rounds and im pretty sure during round 5+, Jminato already stacked up his scaling .. As for the bond, yes, Kid Kakashi will be hard to get since it is only from the Merge Event or other events which drops him, but RNG ba
sed .. For 3v3 or GNW, Naruto6p and Edo Hiruzen are better choices at both of them deals damage to multiple ninjas .. But Edo Hiruzen relies on power .. And Minato without but, i guess he will still do go, i assume .. But he is much better with bond skills ..

Yes, better do to save for power as your next goal .. Not all the time ninja will carry you but you also needs to have power specially in terms of having your substats upgraded (initiative, injury, critical) ..
About your new topic, i have seen people using that team around my cluster, actually i made one of my member to use that team for the time being while she was getting Jonin Minato's Bond Skills .. For that wind team, kurenai with skillbreaks will be better instead of Iruka .. Positioning of ninjas will be like :
Minato - X - X
WindMain - Shisui - X
Kurenai - X - X
Skill : Impetus, ShadowClone, Shootdown Rasengan, Flower Guard, Chakra Passive and Dog of Hell summon (please double check the Chase and Summon, i think im wrong, i forgot what is it)
You c*so use fire if you want using Shield Mystery, 4th Standard or Sleep, Celestial Prison Chase, Secret Jutsu Passive, Oboro Clone with Gamaken (double check the Chase and Summon too) -
