Sasuke really works great with Itachi Edo together and any other support with them, for example Sakura Summer, Gakido/Ningendo Skill broken, Karin Christmas, etc.

About main, you can try and any of them you wish, they all are working. If you consider fire or lightning however, make sure to run the mystery reset passive.
