    Firstly, your screenshot does not show the current server time/date just the time of the last power changes. Power fluctuations can occur for multiple reasons including group summons not being fed, changes in assist links and treasured tools. If you have lost coupons, this is a different issue and can only be handled via sending a ticket.

    If you have sent in a ticket to customer service then please be patient when waiting for a response. Ensure you sent all the relevant information including screenshots that show the server time and date.
