Yes, please do explain how on earth this is the logic? I find it funny how it is IMPOSSIBLE for this company to admit errors or mistakes on their end, to which they will claim that it is as intended....then once proven completely wrong, will just stay silent on the issue.

They will never admit their mistakes, they will just get a mod to delete your comment or thread and give those BOT reasons for removing as usual but when more people complain or there's a big F up, NO MOD is online when you need them

Any update on this? Hopefully 6.0 update can fix the rewards, but idk about the people who already claimed and have the items in their inventory.
EDIT: Well the magatama packs were turned into awakening packs, so why didn't our common thread pack turn into medium thread?
