So it says he attacks 2 random opponents, I played around with him in arena a little bit and he only hits 1 random opponent at a time.

Never said he attacks 2 opponents at the same time. He splits his normal attacks between 2 opponents. Atleast that's how I imagine it works.

I could see that being a possibility as well, but I've seen him hit 3 different opponents (in the same round of course), without landing a killing * on any of them. Something went wrong there one way or another.

The other thing is that if he got interrupted and only attacked one time like normal then it would also be inaccurate, which is what leads me to believe its 2 at the same time.

I think you seen a video where either Bee or Earth main gave him another standard if so I imagine he can hit up to 4 different opponents, but I have never seen a video of him hitting multiple people at once. Also his mystery is 3 normal attack and it doesn't specify who he attacks. Pretty sure he gets 4 normal attacks at 4 star. I'm sure a mod will clear up the confusion.

I wouldn't post a bug from a video, but even if I did I would link the video, not a pic of Shira's description.

I was playing around with him in arena after I obtained him today. 5k gaara + gai + shira + water main so no other extra attacks.

I tested it out some more and I saw him hit 3 different enemies in the same turn again, same team as above. None of them died and no clones were hit. Was konohamaru, 6p naruto, and edo hanzo that he hit. For all I know it could just be a typo in the description, or possibly a bug when he hits someone capable of dodging that makes it so they don't count as 1 of the 2 targets.

He does get a 4th attack at 4 star btw.

His mystery lets him attack 3 times. You sure it wasn't just that?
