You can pick "standart" hinata-karin-kurenai. Its quite popular and gives decent result.

even if im still lvl 45 could that "standard" formation works?

I used hinata, sasuke, karin, with white serpent as my summon. It worked quite well for me doing more concentrated rather than AOE damage. Wind is great depending if you want AOE or concentrated, so build your team over that. You will also get much more options once you hit 55, so you should keep that in mind as well.

You can get Kurenai, Tenten and Hinata. if you don't have them you can go for Baki, Tamari and Kunkuro. She will buff all the wind ninjas so.. You c*so check my guide in my signature, it is more concentrated for pvp

while im reading this reply, im autoing survival, and hear the stage is cleared, i checked it out and open the reward, i got baki xD the formation for baki etc pls?

Depends... for Arena I am using:

Using Impetus, Gust Dance, Shoot Down Rasengan, Enhancement Wind and Multi Clone Jutsu (When I get it)... Basically this team and passives will buff naruto to the max until the point he start one shotting people with his passive "Rage" that gives him +Attack every time he gets attacked beside all the buffs from gaara and wind main and he also apply a ignite debuff which help on dps... Bakis will reduce resistance of the enemy which help on damage and also his ability is really strong it cause High Float so gaara goes in and smash the person. Always start with Gaara's skill and use his other skill which is an AoE to get rid of clones or as a finisher.

make sure to enhance equipments and magatama and also refine everything.

For a while on lower levels I had a team that was Hinata, Karin, and Shizune. It did decently and had a 7/6 Combo, I don't quite remember what I used for it but I know I definitely had Flower Guard. It has Poison, good healing and control, but most of its damage is based on poison.

Try to get Kankuro to 3 Stars as soon as possible and perhaps then use a team with Wind enhancement + Baki. Baki does a ton of damage, especially in PVE. Using Hinata + Baki will have it so that you can seal targets on the 2nd round and every two rounds after that. 3 Star Temari is also good to get eventually, does a lot of damage at max health with Wind enhancement, can free a slot of your main's chases (causing High Float to Low Float), but she has very little health.
