shira attacks won't miss so why not build off that 10 hit first and then have everyone after him go crazy and start stealing chakra and acupuncture randomly

Shira attacks don't miss, but yagura chase does.

Shira has probably 1 way to be used and thats with a buff team, so any barrier ninja(Gaara,oonoki) like the first team you did should do the job, else he can be used as a secondary dps. Overall he is a good ninja to have fun but thats all (maybe 4 star is a legit ninja for serious battles, unfortunatly i dont have him yet so i dont have an opinion about it).

as a f2p i know this team is not easy to build but i tryed it in arena and can be a pain in the * after all is just an idea to have in mind
