what does the L-1 actually do? is it just a worse version of his Taijutsu attack?
As far as I understand, L-Skills can only be used in pair. So, in this case, in order to use the L+1 Passive, you'll have to also use the L-1 Standard (which is bad).
It's a balancing system, I guess. -
