The squishiest 3 star ninja outside of Kakashi. Great for combo stringing and debuffing, not so good for tanking. Also, that barrier at 3 star can be a blessing or a curse. In PvP, other barrier Mystery users can disrupt Lightning buff based teams that focus around Sasuke. In PvE, his abundance of Chases are extremely useful, especially in SA.
