You should not ask about SR in GNW if you are really intersted about know how it works in another treasure. They are not all the same.
I know there different that's why I asked about gnw. So I know which ninja I can get for a better drop rate. I know there drops for each are different. I was just making a statement about how the answer given to my question helped me to make a decision.

ok good so I dont need to save up 1000 seals for edo roshi cause I want a decent support for my kushina in ranked set ups, I know roshi is better but I know someone in my group who spent like 600 sela for him and got 3 edo hans so...
Yeah it really *s that the edo Jin treasures don’t work like EVERY SINGLE OTHER TREASURE and give u dupes before u get both super rares.

Because the original treasures were different. They modified them deliberately to make way harder for f2p to get decent replacements for 20k+ coupons ninjas.

I agree about Time-limited treasures. They should have stayed like they were in China. Or at least work like all other tresures for at least that time they are on. Current way gives us the feeling Oasis dosen't want us to get ninjas from those treasures. And that takes down our will to spend seal scrolls on them. If Oasis wants our money, is it too much to ask we get something wortwhile for it?

Exactly my point. Both of the Edo Jin treasures were altered from the versions found in every other region in the world just to INTENTIONALLY make it worse for F2P. I can see no valid argument against this.

Oasis management made a big mistake in how they managed the things since November onwards.
Realeasing naruto six paths this early and making him available to everybody was a suicidal move given our current average stats balancement.
After they understood their mistake they tried to patch it but the patch was worse than the hole.
