Sometimes there can be a delay in the delivery on the ingot to your acc, you have already sent a ticket to customer support so please be patient in awaiting a response. Flooding the system with tickets regarding the same issue only slows down the process.

Hi. I face the same problem. I did recharge 5 times for 50 ingots and nothing came out. I have report it twice but my complaints got back to 0 and my problem isnt solved. Pls, how to report this. And what is 'ticket'? I really appreciate ur help

A ticket is a request sent to the In Game Customer Support staff to directly take care of issue particularly that relate to recharge issues as they cannot be handled on discord. These tickets can be sent by pressing the '?' at the top right hand section of the screen of the game.
