Wondering since he is between 13600-20299 coupons if now is a good time to go for him? Seems like he hasn't been in a coupon event in a while. Just wondering if it's worth it since there is no type of extra rewards.

haven't completed him yet coz we can only buy 999keys/day. my rng is sh*t(i've long known it) so i only got 42frags from 999keys.

That's average. No one is going to get the "13K" average that's been going around. That means you'd have to get all 5's for every pull. Not sure why they give such misleading estimates.

Overall because the rolls are deliberately 'normalized' to prevent too long streaks of 5 points.

you're not gonna find a better price for naruto anywhere i can assure you of that...Hes cheaper in this event then when i got him on release so everyone who doesnt have him and wants him should do it now before he goes back to ingots only
