Do you mean the Bulletin? .. As far as i know, only Leader and Seniors can change notes in Description Box or the Bulletin .. If you are one of the Senior or the Leader of the group, just click on the box and type something then send ..

You just press modify on group bulletin. But you must be senior or leader. Not sure but maybe quartermaster works too.

I'm the leader of the group and I tried clicking modify but nothing happened

Hi! You actually just highlight the text and just make the modifications first. The "Modify" really means to "save". So once you made your changes on the bulletin by highlighting the parts you want to edit, go ahead and click "Modify" to save your changes. Hope that helps! =]
