We post the updates of the maintenance on a timely basis and I guess you are referring to HK servers in which the maintenance ended before 16:00; what you are referring to isn't related the maintenance. It was an incidental issue and in order to follow up with that; please make sure to use the correct section of the forum to post about that issue which is the "Bugs" section.

I really don't need to answer your allegations or your conspiracy theory; in general this event exists for a reason as I mentioned before and of course, constructive suggestions for improvements are welcome.

And Rogue ninja outburst ended up being a dud. Only Wind desert has ninjas and there's not enough to have more than 1 fight for a wave.

Edit: Ability at attack other teams from other groups is missing too. We were promised a lot, but were given so little.

you can open a ticket to support or write your issue in the bug section.

On personal experience in my server; the top 3 ranks on the whole server (not per group) got titles after the event ended. Check the screenshot below

The event was according to the announced description as stated in the events cycle here.

Suggestions for any alterations will be considered on the feedback. However; no guarantee it would be implemented or not unless mentioned otherwise.
