Jonin Minato with bond mystery could also potentially be a position 1 or position 2.

You also have Chiriku, which is not a bad ninja no matter where you put him.

And I assume you have broken through Kurenai?

So for normal team and ranked arena, you can consider:

1. Kushina, Shisui, Itachi Anbu, LM

2. Kushina, Minato, Sakura Cloak/Kurenai bt, Water main

3. Roshi, Fuguki, Sakura Cloak/Kurenai bt, Water main

4. Water main (Sharkbomb-chaos-experimemt setup), Suited Sai, Sakura Cloak, Kurenai bt.

For ranked battles, it's a bit trickier, since ranked battles got more to do with adaptation to your surroundings, counter the teams players around your rankings use, not just throw together a team that works. Without knowing the teams of people around your rankings, I can only suggest a mediocre ranked battle team that may or may not work well, but here goes:

Mabui, Tendo, Konan, AsumaWB or Sage Naruto

Minato w/ bond, Roshi, Kurenai bt or Jigokudo, Wind/Water main

Kushina, Shisui, Kurenai and Gaara (broken through)
