There is a really solid team in arena that can do a lot of things and this is the following :

In arena this team hits really hard and if you happy to meet some madara 5 kages every time, just put Iruka at position 1 or fire main with the imprison mystery. Kurama and Roshi are not really the best ninjas in arena, they are way too squishy and super easy to defeat.

If you still happen to struggle with the Fire Main team, give a try Wind Main - Kurenai - Minato and Shisui.
