This is one of the things that need enhancement in this game.. if you pulled a dupe you should atleast get 50 frags so you can upgrade him to 4 stars after 2 times pulling him as a dupe..

Or should we wait until we pull him 5 dupe times to raise him to 4 stars?? especially for ninjas that don't show on events like the edo tensei ninjas (kushimaru,jinpachi)
