An active Jonin Medal can only make up for a missed sign in within the last 5 days. Outside of this unfortunately is not possible.

If you are within the 5 days and still unable to make up for a missed sign in the contact the in-game customer support and supply all the needed information including screenshots(please make sure these show the server time and date) and they can assist you further.

I am well aware of this, and it's so frustrating because my server is nowhere to be found when i'm filling up the support on the game support service. please fix this asap

i want my rewards for supporting this game.

You can't make up earlier days just because you have a Jonin Medal.

As Addison explained. It's only a maximum of 5 days.

And how do i claim this ? doesn't work all day.
