Power does count.

Initiative barely means anything when both are at 1M bp.

But at 100 Chakra SB Ay hits harder than Kakuzu.

  • He meant that ay 4th regardless the trials and breaktroughs will be always made useless by a move 2+ itachi edo tensei at that level (also kakuzu tbh).

HIs sleep would likely to be removed at the same round anyway though.

With SB Ay typical team, there so many ways to gain over 30 chakra and remove debuff(s).
