During a refine rebate, you get the extra little bit when you level up the level of the equipment. So I was wondering if it's a better idea to upgrade my level 7 to 8, and wait until I can level up again, or should I wait until I have enough to level up it completely until Lvl 10? I see a lot of people just upgrade them one by one rather than wait to level up the equipment's refinement completely. So what are your thoughts? Upgrade one level at a time or wait to complete it?
