Hey,

At level 18 sage tool you‘ll have a total of 4674 Initiative ( From 17 to 18 its 135 Init / trait) and at level 19 tool 5079 Initiative (Again 135 init increasing every trait)~

do you know the essence cost to make lvl18 tool to lvl 19?

It's not in the table on the Treasured Tool guide

This is a pretty old post, plus I don't think angel plays anymore. You could ask ICE*, he'll probably know.
