I think the chance is probably ~1/200. I also think it is like your reward for TI, It is decided before you even click on the card. So, don't even worry about which card you click on.

  • I have, and my server isn't that old (mid-October, if I remember correctly). I've only gotten the one, though. I suspect it might be on a timer like so many other things are (i.e., recruitment), but I don't have any data to support that.

I know it isn't, I've gotten more than one.
