oh yeah, eastern mobile games tend to fail miserably on western you're right ;) thanks anyway.
Btw, all they need is a publisher, but im not an expert on how these things work, in legal works, etc, but then again, you seem to be sure on the "If" tell ya what, if there's enough people that want the game to come to western, they'll find someone to sell it on western, until then, i'll just keep wasting money on warframe ;)

It's called licensing agreement and market shares
Not just a publisher. Or else there would be plenty of games coming out of China without merit or reason.
