Better yet. Remove all the stats from Clothing and give it percentage added bonus.

  • What are % tatics?And why are they so bad?

In addition to the raw stat boost, they also give you a % boost to your stats. Just imagine an Edo Hiruzen with 30-50% more Ninjutsu. In Germany they had % tactics for a very long time already. Which is what many players ignore, when they copy teams from Germany --> Pos 1 is much more powerful.
