On the battle armor rebate I can't obtain rewards from rank 2 but I'm rank 5. Help. As you can see I've already gotten rank 5 rewards cause i'm ranked up to 5. Oasis please do something about it. I need the rewards and I've been having this trouble for a very long time.

You can only get those rewards if you happened to upgrade your armor to the corresponding rank DURING a BA rebate. If you did it during a week when this event was not around, you cannot get those rewards. For this reason it's highly suggested you only working on upgrading your BA during a rebate, especially if you think you're close.
