Where can I find this new so called feature "Seasonal System". On the latest event cycle update, it stated that it will be implemented starting march 1, but it seems I still can't see it.

oh ok, thanks, didnt notice it, too small and i was expecting it will be lined up along with hot topics and monthly events lol
