ta fall out. I will still lose. If i spend 10k coupons now. And the next rebate they have better ninjas for me to redeem... am i just fcked up? Im confused af. What should I do...

I would, spend on shisui. (tho it's around 14k, normally it's ~9k). And will save another 10k for minato.
Yes, tree gives side items, but ninjas there is just not worth. Kakashi is merely a support, and not worth the price, sasuke - as pos1 isn't best option. Probably worst 20k ninjas.
You might lose and fall behind more, if you will wait for fuku deals, that contains ninja who's actually worth using.
Edit: Probably smartest thing to do, is to spend 10k for fuku, get as much shisui fragments as you can (That's about 60), and get rest fragments from Treasure of sage event with 30% discount.
