Wheel of Fortune does not appear on UK 1184 (yes, character is over lvl 25). But vouchers can be bought in the shop.

Is this intentional? I did not see any notice regarding servers needing to be of a certain age. Server started yesterday.

Hey


Event has set rules that prevent certain events to be released before a time gap.

The maximum is 14 days, the minimum being 7 days.


After 14 days, your server will have all the events cycling.
