[ Bugs ] Stuck at 14%

I tried repair, different browsers, and deleting and downloading the client. Nothing works, please help. Reply

been stuck at 14% all day. i've cleared my cache and cookies. i even tried using a fresh pc with no history of naruto online ever. this problem is server side.

mods please communicate what is happening to fix this problem, thank you.

I certainly HOPE they compensate for this. If I dont log on today I dont get new years Kiba and be a day missed on events that started TODAY.....
